Josh Newman spends his time thinking about a simple question: are organizations
ready for what technology is doing to work?

At ServiceNow, he works on what he calls talent readiness—not just skills, but
whether roles, teams, and ways of working are set up to adapt as AI and
automation reshape how work gets done. Before ServiceNow, Josh led global people strategy and employee experience at WPP, where he helped leaders see the real impact of AI by mapping work across 85% of roles, redesigning jobs, and
prioritizing new commercial models. Earlier in his career, he launched Walmart’s
first global employee value proposition and represented the company on the World Economic Forum’s Future of Work task force. He’s a frequent speaker on AI’
impact on jobs and how organizations prepare for what comes next.

With a background in Organizational Psychology Leslie started her career as a human capital consultant advising companies on talent strategy, leadership development, culture transformation and performance management. At EZRA Leslie leads a team of experts that partner with our clients to design and scale coaching strategies that help organizations perform, transform, and grow. Prior to joining EZRA Leslie held leadership roles at Humu and Werk - HR technology platforms designed to drive behavioral change at scale. Leslie is based out of EZRA's New York City office.
